Excel® activity templates in Callisto: What's New?

Notice to content creators, whether you prefer to download them regularly or keep them warm on your computer, this message is for you.

The new version of the Teach on Mars solution called Callisto includes an update of the Excel® activity templates!

WHAT MUST BE REMEMBERED ABOUT THESE NEW EXCEL® TEMPLATES?

It is now possible to copy / paste the content from the Instructions tab; you will be able to easily copy / paste the media codes!

You no longer need to delete the pre-filled content in the Cards tab: your Excel® activity templates are now delivered empty. 

Do not worry, we keep all the examples of Introduction and Conclusion texts to inspire you!

This approach, you will understand, will simplify your experience with Excel® activity templates.

4 IN 1!

In this spirit, we have merged the Mixed Course, the Flash Course, the Learning Quiz into the Mobile Course activity so that you can create these 4 types of activities using a single Excel® template!

The introduction of the Mobile Course has been removed from the configuration tab, you just need to create an Info type card in the cards tab if you wish to introduce your content. 

TIME MATTERS FOR THE WORDSPOOL

Who says new Excel® template, also says activity evolution, so the new Wordspool Excel® template allows you to configure the activity time!

WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TO YOUR EXISTING EXCEL® activity TEMPLATES? 

Regarding the content already created with Excel® activity templates, they are still taken into account.

If you need to create new content, we recommend that you download the new versions.
