How to show a training course demo to guest learners or learners not having access to the training course?

What is a guest learner?

A guest learner is a learner who downloaded and installed the App but does not have an account and is therefore not logged in.

Note: The guest mode is an optional feature with an additional cost.

During the kick-off phase, you must send the request to your project manager that the Teach on Mars teams activate the guest mode in your Mission Center.

What is a learner who does not have access to a training course?

It is a learner with an account and being connected to the App but whose access to the training course has not been given (he/she does not appear in the training access rules).

As from 18.1 version, the demo mode allows to make training visible and / or accessible.

How to make an activity visible in demo with the Web authoring tool?

When editing your activity, access the Parameters tab and tick the This activity is accessible in the demo version of this training course box.

How to make an activity visible in demo with Excel® activity templates?

When editing your activity, the popup window appears and allows you to upload your Excel® template. You must tick "This activity is accessible in demo mode box. For guest learners in guest mode, this activity will be visible.

Once your training course published, activities defined as demo activities will be visible to guest learners and learners connected but not enrolled to the training course.
