Fixed issues
- In the Trainings > Reports page, the export was empty when no category was selected. Not anymore.
- Editing a Self Evaluation activity in the Web Authoring failed since version 3.9.19. We fixed this.
- The Reco Quiz results export by learner is now correct.
- Downloading subtitles files from the Web Authoring now works as expected.
- When administrating an OTS training, it is now possible to unset its publisher.
- Images ratio is now properly kept when uploading an image in a Profiling activity.
