The learning path allows content creators to offer a pathway of several courses, grouped around the same theme. It allows the learner to be guided through their own pathway, and to take courses in an evolutionary manner to ensure better engagement.
The learning path also allows administrators to obtain aggregated statistics from the results of the training courses that are part of it.
What does a learning path consist of?
A learning path is composed of different stages.
Each stage may contain :
- either a training course (itself composed of modules and activities)
- or a link to another learning path
How does a learning path differ from a training course in the application?
A learning path thumbnail is recognisable by the transparent strip on the side, indicating the number of steps completed out of the total number of steps.
The learner can easily see the progress he/she has made on each step of the learning path.
