How many discussions can a coach start in parallel?
There are no limits to the number of discussions the coach can have in parallel, except for the number of learners in his population. Indeed, the coach can only have one open discussion per learner.

A discussion always includes a coach and a learner. It is not possible for a coach to initiate a discussion into a group conversation.
Why can't I do any action in the Coaching add-on?
If you have access to the Coaching add-on but you don't see any threads, or you can't initiate a new conversation yourself, this can mean two things:
- You are a learner and you must wait for your coach to initiate a discussion with you
- You are a coach and your rights have not yet been configured - or have been incorrectly configured.
Why does a coach have an empty discussion list?
This means that no learner population has been assigned to the coach. This setting must be made in the Manager profile.
Why can't a coach access the Coaching add-on?
If the coach cannot access the Coaching add-on (that is, he does not see the icon in the Add-ons page), it means that his learner account has been configured incorrectly. Indeed, if the Add-ons page is filtered on a specific custom field, make sure that the coach's learner account has the value associated with the Coaching add-on display.

Yes, it is possible to customize the name of the add-on in the dedicated page. This is a configuration to be transmitted to your CSM at the time of activation of the functionality.
Can a coach only have access to specific expertises of the repository?
For the time being, the repository of expertise is unique and universal: it is the same for all coaches. A tip for coaches to easily find the expertise they need to evaluate: start the name of the expertise with initials or a specific marker (e.g. [SALES] sales pitch). Since the list of expertise is in alphabetical order, it will be easier for the coach to find what he/she is interested in right away.
Is it possible to delete a message already sent in a conversation?
You can delete a message that you have sent in the conversation with your learner/coach (available from release 3.10.0, with republishing of the application).
