Fixed issues

• When updating a video communication (for example in the case of uploading a new video), a notification was sent to the learners. From now on, the notification is only sent at the first publication.
  
  

• In the Self-Evaluation activity, if only 2 answers were defined for the questions, an error was generated when publishing and the profiling was not generated. This only happened for translations. It has been corrected.
  
  

• In the Mission Center, the publication date of a course sometimes displayed the date of the last edition. We fixed the issue.
  
  

• When sending a "short text" type communication, the Push notification was automatically sent, even if the the manager did not want it. We fixed this: the notification is now optional.
  
  

• When exporting an activity as an Excel® file, bulleted lists, bold and underlined texts were sometimes misinterpreted, and created a problem when re-importing the Excel® file. This has been corrected.

• The Quiz Game duels could not been replied without having an error. As this is the purpose of dueling, we fixed this as soon as possible.
