Improvements
- We have made an improvement for users of off-the-shelf content (especially those from our Learning Station which contains over 300 titles!). Previously, when importing off-the-shelf training into a Mission Center, all languages available in the content (which were sometimes numerous and varied: French, English, Italian, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese ...) were imported. Additionally, an error could occur if not all of these languages were available in the destination Mission Center. From now on, we only import the languages available in the destination Mission Center. It's much more comfortable for our customers! It's the perfect time to enrich your training catalog with quality Mobile First off-the-shelf content.
Fixed issues
-
When modifying the cover image of a "test" training course, the update was not immediately visible in the application. You had to publish the training course to see it. We fixed this: by refreshing the page in the app, the image will be changed.
-
Good news: training course media files actually take less space than you thought! And for good reason: when you upload media to your training courses, we compress them before storing them (it's good for our planet). However, instead of showing the actual size of the files stored after compression, we were showing the original size of the files. Also, the total number of stored files was sometimes wrong. We have rectified all of that.
-
When using the '¿' character in a course description, the course was not saved correctly and the content was lost. This character can now be used.
-
If you are using the Self-Evaluation activity in multiple languages, you may have had difficulty downloading an Excel® matrix to translate your activity. An invisible technical error in the Mission Center was occurring. We got rid of it. You can use this post-course positioning activity again.
-
In the Flash Game activity, if the tutorial cards were personalized (text and image), the translations were not saved correctly and the content was lost. It's fixed, everything is working normally.
-
During an automatic import of learners via sFTP, if the import was significant and an error occurred, the report email was sometimes not sent. We fixed this.
