What are the Recommendation Quiz statistics?

• The key indicators displayed on the statistics page are as follows:
  • The training course completion rate
  • The result of learners by theme
  • Top of recommended training courses

Questionnaire completion

The report shows the percentage of learners having completed the Recommendation quiz and the percentage of learners who did not start it yet, on the total of learners having access to the Recommendation quiz.

These data can be filtered from the custom fields on the top of the page.

Learners results per theme

This report depends on which version of the Quiz the manager selects. Indeed, the reports depend on the themes of the Recommendation quiz. If the themes are modified in the content (excluding spelling changes) then a new version is created to keep consistency on the data in the report. Once the version is selected, the list of themes included in the Quiz is known.

Note: The language selector only changes the language in which the Themes are displayed, but the data collects results for all languages.

The graphic shows, for each theme in the version:

• Learners who did not started the Recommendation quiz (in any version)
• Learners who have validated the theme by obtaining a score above the pass threshold
• Learners who have not validated the theme having obtained a score below the pass threshold

Results by learners

This report lists the learners having access to the Recommendation quiz, together with the Quiz version, the Quiz language, the Quiz access date, the number of recommended training courses, the number of started training courses (among the ones recommended), the number of completed training courses (among the ones recommended), the global progress on all the recommendation, the global score on all questions (average of the Quiz), the level (defined following the score levels)
