Until now, when inserting a video into a training course, the upload time could seem long. Don't worry, your Internet connection was not that bad, it is simply that we did not inform you when the video was transcoded (transcoding is a mandatory step on all online video hosting platforms). You will now see 2 different messages when you insert a video: the first to indicate the upload and the second to indicate that the video is being transcoded.
With regards to the GDPR, the accounts of learners who have not interacted with the application for more than a year* must be deactivated (and deleted after 3 years*). Until then, to determine how long a learner had been inactive, we only looked at the most recent date on which they had consulted a training course. From now on, we also look at the latest Wall consultation date (for learners who used the Wall without using training courses). We also do not forget learners who have never connected to the application (e.g. those who were added to the Mission Center by an administrator).
