How to switch a manager account to super admin?

There cannot be duplicate email addresses for an administrator account or a super admin account. As the email address serves as the login, a single address cannot be both manager and super admin. If an administrator must become a super admin:

1. the request must be made to the Teach on Mars Project Manager
2. the deletion of the manager account will change the avatar on the communications created by the manager: the main avatar will appear on the app

The decision to create or not a manager or super admin account must be considered from the start to avoid possible consequences, but also the super admin account allowing many additional actions, should not be asked for managers too few trained.
