How to unlock a module using a code?

How to add a PIN code to a module?

Click on the Authoring icon of the module you would like to lock:

The popup window of the module appears. 

In the Lock conditions section, click on the drop-down list and select PIN code. Click on Save to save your changes.

The PIN code appears under the module name, to the right of the padlock.

Once the training course is published, the learners who have access to it will not be able to open the activities of the locked module. To unlock the module, they will have to enter the corresponding PIN code.

How to remove the PIN code from a module to make it accessible?

Click on the authoring icon of the module: the popup window appears. 

In the Lock conditions section, click on the drop-down list and choose This training course is not locked. Click on Save to save the changes. Publish the training course for the changes to appear on the app.

Notes: the locking conditions are automatically disabled if a Profiling activity is present in the training path and recommends activities. If the Profiling does not recommend any other specific module, the condition will work.
