The procedure is the same whether you want to use a full training course or a demo version.
- Once the supplier has received your content request and generated the license, you will receive an email. Click on Import, to import the content to your Mission Center.
- On the content import page, you can personalize the pre-filled reference code by adding a suffix (e.g. my-otsimport_course can become my-otsimport_course_2). Then choose the training course category (which can be modified later), full access if you wish, and click on Create.
- The course is now added to your training catalogue. Once it has been downloaded, you can manage it just like any other training course (except for the editing functions that remain in the source Mission Center managed by the supplier).
The license (training course) also appears in the table of acquired licenses, which allows you to track
the license and manage any updates.
Note: the supplier will not have access to your training course usage data, except for the
number of learners having started the course.
