How to modify a learner account?

There are two ways to modify a learner account:

1. from the learner profile
2. from the menu, by csv file import

1. How to modify the learner account from his/her profile?

Once on the learner's profile, click on  to modify the learner's profile. You can not update the fields of the learner's account:

Finish by clicking on Save

2. How to modify the learner's account from the menu by csv file import

You can also modify learner's accounts using the import (read the article "How to import a learners list?" if you do not know how to import a learners list.

Tick the necessary boxes:

• Deactivate learners whose logins are not in the file: will delete all learners not present in the file and previously created
• Do not create new learners (the import will only update existing learners): to be used to avoid duplicate accounts to change for example the learner's content reviewer status, or their active / inactive status
