How to name my media?
Only the alphanumeric characters (a-zA-Z0-9), underscore (_), dash (-) and period (.) are allowed for media naming. Spaces or accents in media names are no longer allowed as from April 30, 2020.
How do I manage my image media in translations?
When translating content, whether through Excel® activity templates or the Webauthoring tool, the same image can be used (as long as it does not contain text that would require translation). This can also apply to videos (see the next point concerning subtitles).
How to manage my video media in translations?
It is very easy to create multi-language courses using a single video and inserting subtitles directly in the Mission Center.

What image quality should I use?
An 80MB image will not be of better quality than a 2MB image on a mobile device. However, you must make sure that the width is 1024px minimum.
