How to obtain a detailed view of the key indicators by filter (custom field)?

Click on Filters:

and complete the information in the different custom fields

Finish by clicking on Apply.

Note: If you have made a mistake in one of the custom fields, click on Reset to clear the data and start again from the beginning.

How to obtain the key indicators over a defined period?

You can select a period for which you want to obtain the key indicators.

Note: This option will only update the Penetration rate history and the Behavior of registered learners.

Click on the calendar

You have different options:

• Last 30 days
• Last 3 months
• Last 12 months
• Custom: use calendar to set start date and end date

Click on Apply to confirm your choice.

Key indicators in details 

1. Penetration rate:

• the total number of enrolled learners in the Mission Center (active learners only)
• the number of learners who started at least one training course (active learners only)
• the number of learners who have completed at least one training course (completed) (active learners only)

2. General statistics of the App :

• the number of learners having access to at least one training course (learners in a training course) (active and inactive learners).

Note: This amount may be different from the amount of completed training course if a training course has been deleted or if a learner's access has been modified / deleted.

• the total number of training course days (hours of training) (accumulated by all learners)
• average training course time per learner (hours / learner) (in minutes)
• the number of licenses used since the anniversary date (trained learner)

3. Penetration rate history:

• the total number of enrolled learners in the Mission Center
• the number of learners who started at least one training course
• the number of learners who have completed at least one training course

Note: this data varies depending on the period defined in the calendar.

4. Enrolled learners behaviour: 

• New learners: the number of learners who connect for the first time
• Returned learners: the number of learners who log in when they have already logged in at least once

How to export key indicators in Excel® format?

Click on Export to view these key indicators in an Excel® report. 

and select

• the report language
• the export by activity or by training course
• the Export with metadata. The box is checked by default and allows the export with all the metadata, ie the Excel file will be very heavy to download. Therefore, uncheck the box to export your data to a lighter Excel file.
