What are the statistics of the Wall?

In order to be able to study the social behaviors of your learners and measure their engagement, you have the possibility of monitoring Wall communications statistics.

Note :  the number of views is applied on articles only (it is available below the communication, as for the likes and shares numbers)

1. Communications reports

You access the following statistics:

• Social networks: key indicators (number of likes and shares, nombre de partages et likes, compared with the communications that you send) (graph)
• The most liked communications (table)
• The less liked communications (table)
• The most shared communications (table)
• The less shared communications (table)

2. Communications ranking

Access the page in the same way as for reports, but click Ranking to the right of the reports.

HOW TO GET A DETAILED VIEW of the reports or the ranking (custom FIELDs)?

Click on Filters:

and fill in the information in the different custom fields.

Finish by clicking on Apply.

Note: If you made a mistake in one of the custom fields, click on Reset to clear the data and start again from the beginning.

HOW TO OBTAIN REPORTS OR ranking OVER A DEFINED PERIOD?

You can select a period for which you want to obtain the key indicators.

Note: This option will only update the History of the penetration rate and the Behavior of registered learners.

Click on the calendar

You have different options:

• Last 30 days
• Last 3 months
• Last 12 months
• Custom: use the calendar to define start date and end date

Click on Apply to confirm your selection.

Note: you can also export these reports under Excel® format by clicking on Export top right
