Why am I unable to upload my Excel® templates in the Mission Center?

While uploading Excel® activity templates, sometimes some error messages are displayed : this means that inconsistencies were discovered and have to be resolved to be able to upload the template. 

First situation: characters excess

The most common error message may concerns the characters excess. Indeed, when you fill your Excel® activity templates, it is important not to exceed the characters limit, provided in the Instructions sheet (and / or in the columns title).

Second situation : specific errors regarding activities

You can encounter other kinds of errors during the Excel® activity templates uploading, which will concern specific activities. In that case, when you create a testing version of your training course in the Mission Center, a clear error message is displayed. This message includes: 

• the activity template language which contains errors 
• the activity ID. You can open the activity and see the error message (the line to modify in the Excel® activity template)
