There are three possibilities to enroll learners in a training course:
- by an access rule from the training course
- By filter
- By email address or login
- By access code
- by an import registration
- by the learner account
1. ACCESS CREATION BY AN ACCESS RULE FROM THE TRAINING COURSE
Access your Mission Center and click on Training courses.
Select your Training Course and click on Create in the Learner access management section.
- By filter :
You can select one or more filters to enroll your learners
Note : If you click Create without having used any filter, ALL learners having access to the app (registered in the Mission Center with Active status) will have access to the training course
- By email address or login :
Click on With email list.
Add your learners either by Login, either by email address and finish by clicking on Create.

By access code
The third access rule option is to create an automatically generated access code. This code can then be communicated to the learners so that they can add the training course to their application themselves.
For more information, please see our dedicated article.
If you wish to:
- erase the rule (to no longer grant access to all learners of this rule), click Delete
- modify the rule (add or remove some learners), click Edit.
Note: it is possible to add access dates to your access rule.
2. ACCESS CREATION BY IMPORTING REGISTRATIONS
Click on Import training enrollments :
Your .CSV file template is the following:
Read the article "How to import a learners list?" to learn more about the .CSV downloadable file creation process
Note: do NOT modify the first line of the file (containing the column titles)
Import one or more inscription(s):
In your .CSV file, the fields to be filled in are:
- learnerId - The user login (mandatory)
- trainingId - The training reference code (mandatory)
- accessSince - Date from which the training course is available (optional. If the date is not specified or the date is earlier than today, the training course is available today)
- accessUntil - Date until the day before the training course is available (optional. If the date is not specified, access is unlimited in time)
Note: To remove a learner access, add an end date in the "accessUntil" column of your .CSV file
Once the import has been successfully completed, a confirmation screen will appear on your Mission Center.
You can also inform the learner(s) by email of the creation of their dedicated access.

Access management created by CSV import:
Following the import, an access rule is added in each training course concerned by the import.
To modify this rule, you must download again the attached .CSV file in each access rules.
This section groups the access to the training course, you find your file there. If necessary, you can modify it and import it again to update the access rights.
3. ACCESS CREATION BY THE LEARNER ACCOUNT
Access the account of the learner you would like to enroll in the training course (for more information on learners management, access articles "How to modify a learner account?" ou How to delete or deactivate a learner account?)
Click on Enroll in a training course:
Fill in the fields of the popup window by adding the name (or reference code) of the training course, giving a name to the rule (optional) and finish by clicking on Enroll.
To modify or delete this rule, access to Learner Access Management in your training :
- erase the rule (to no longer grant access to all learners of this rule), click Delete
- modify the rule (add or remove some learners), click Edit
