How to integrate a "Web link" activity to a training course?

It is possible to integrate a web link within a training course, by creating a Web link activity in a Training path module. This web link is visible when the learner is online only.

How to CREATE a WEB LINK ACTIVITY

1. Using the Webauthoring tool

Click on New activity to crate an activity and select Web link in the activity type. Give a name to your activity and click on Save.

In the new page, in the Content tab, you can insert a web link in the Link field. You can, if necessary, modify the activity name. In the Parameters tab, you can define if the activity is visible or not in the Demo mode. 

2. Using Excel® template

Click on New activity to crate an activity and select Web link in the activity type. Give a name to your activity and click on Save.

Then, for the new created activity, click on to edit it. In the new Activity edition window, you can insert a web link in the Link field. You can also define if the activity is visible or not in the Demo mode. Click on Save to finish.

Pass your training course in Test version in order to be able to see your new activity on your mobile device.

How to modify a Web link type activity ?

By selecting your activity, you will be able to modify its name or the link.
