THROUGH THIS PAGE YOU WILL FIND ALL THE METRICS REGARDING YOUR LEARNERS. 

L1 - Enrolled Learners

Number of learners who have been registered to at least one training (on the period)

L2 - Learners in training

Number of learners who have consulted at least one activity (on the period)

L3 - Learners not in training

Number of learners who have not launched any activity / training course (on the period)

L4 - Learners in training ratio

Number of learners in training / Number of learners registered to a training. This is the penetration rate of your training. 

L5 - Certified Learners 

Number of learners who got a certification on this period. Please note that it is unique learners. If in Q3, learner B succeed 2 certifications, it would be 1 unique user in Q3. 

L6 - (Tableau sans titre)

This charts enables you to follow each user performance in trainings. 

• Full Name - Provide you with your learners name + enables you to have a details of each training when clicking on the + sign
• Points - Number of acquired points in the period (detail available for each training)
• Avg Progress - On average this learners has a progression of X %. The detailed information provides you with the progress rate on each training. (Survey are never taken into account in the progress)
• Avg. score - On average this learners has a score of X %
• Time Spent in training (Minutes) - Sum of time spent in minutes per learner on training for this period. The detailed information provides you with time spent for each training. 
• Activities - Number of activities launched (could be the same activities)
• Certifications - Number of certification acquired by the learner on this period. The detailed information provides you with the training on which the certification was acquired. 
• Completed Training courses - Number of completed training courses per learner. 

L7 - Learners not in training

This chart enables you to know on this period who are the users who did not do any training. This chart can be exported and filtered on a specific training. 

L8 - Never logged learners

This chart enables you to know since the first day, who are the users who did not connect on the application (Wall or Training). This chart can be exported (enabling you to send a specific reminder message)
