In the Learning Analytics page, a Super Admin can download certificates under the certification rate donut graph. This download depends on the dates chosen. So to avoid some misunderstandings, the download button is not displayed if there are no certificates to download in the given period (rather than having an error message).

Similar to the video transcoding error feedback in Article type communications, Video type communications will return an error message if the uploaded video could not be properly processed and the communication remains in Draft.

You may have noticed that the mouse cursor turns into a hand when it hovers over a block in a communication or in the content of a card. This made you think that you could grab the block at any point and move it wherever you wanted. But no, you have to tickle the icon
to move the block. -
In Mission Centers that are not connected to a streaming platform to host the videos, some web browsers have trouble displaying the video. And this error message would overlay the video player menu, preventing actions on the video block such as changing the video. You can access the menu again.
