Fixed issues

• On the home page, the "Penetration rate" graph was not adapted if a category was chosen as filter. This is now the case.

• A certification on a module containing at least one classic scored activity and one Web Content activity required a score of 100% on this Web Content to get the PDF certificate while only the success of the scored activities was enough for the application to show you the "Certified" badge. So you were certified but not really, which is rather frustrating. A kind of Schrödinger's certification. Now the Mission Center will issue your certificate because it ignores Web Content activities when it checks.

• In Article communications, videos are not always handled correctly and can block the publication. We've tried to bring you the relevant information about these failures when they happen so that you can delete or reload the correct videos.

• When importing a Mobile Course Excel template into Web Authoring, each new line within a text created a new Text block.
  
  While we need to lighten the content, we recognize that this was too many Text blocks.
  
  Especially with bullet lists.
  
  So we only create a new block if the type changes (Text -> Image, Text -> Highlight) and then all your text will be contained in the same block, as before.
