Improvements
-
When loading an Excel template, if a media tag was misformatted (wrong or missing extension, syntax error), it could lead to a publishing error afterwards without clear indication. Even if we can't manage all these error possibilities, we have improved as much as possible the detection of these classic errors to warn you when loading the Excel template. Moreover, these incorrectly declared media will no longer block the publication because instead of being transformed into a corrupted Image block, they are transformed into a Text block and will be easily spotted if you did not see the error message when importing the Excel template.
Fixed issues
-
The export of a learner's statistics now has a language selector, just like other statistics exports.
-
When you manipulate blocks in an Article communication or in a Mobile Course activity, if you duplicated some blocks, manipulating them or recreating new blocks would make them appear in unexpected places (but rarely where you wanted). We've improved this to stop you playing a game of chess with your content blocks.
-
The media gauge for a course used to not sync when you exited the activity, but only when you returned the next time. Now, when you add or remove media, the effect is immediate on the gauge, so you can monitor the total weight of your course in real time.
EDIT 03-17 :
- When a communication with a filtered target was unscheduled, the target was deleted completely. If you didn't see this in the communication or in the pop-up informing about the number of learners the communication was intended for, it was sent to everyone once rescheduled. We protected this case to keep the original target of the communication.
