What is a guest learner?
A guest learner is a learner who has downloaded and installed the app but does not have an account and is therefore not connected.
Note: Above all, during the kick-off phase, you must issue the request to your project manager that Teach on Mars teams activate the guest mode in your Mission Center.
What is a learner not having access to a training course?
It is a learner who has an account and is connected to the app but whose access to the training course has not been given (the learner is not in the training course access rules).
As from version 18.1, the demo mode allows you to make visible and / or accessible a training course.
Note: Above all, during the kick-off phase, you must issue the request to your project manager that Teach on Mars teams activate the demo mode in your Mission Center.
Then, once in your authoring page, when you open the pop-up window to load your activity template, you must select the This activity is accessible in the demo version check box. When the training course is available for guests, this activity will also be visible.
Once your training course is published, the activities that have been defined as a demonstration activity will be visible to both the guest learners and those who are logged in but not enrolled to the training course.
