Enhancements
- In dashboard 3 - Training Courses, in the detail table :
- a new column New Registered Learners has been added. This metric varies with the time frame
- the column Registered Learners now refers to registered learners all time and doesn't vary with the selected time frame
- a new column Completion Rate has been added. It is the metric Training Course Completion rate : number of learners who completed the training course over the number of learners who started the training course
- Category filter now available on dashboard 1 - Overview
- The KPIs in dashboards 1 - Overview have been reordered for better storytelling + the KPI New Learners has been replaced by New Accounts
- The KPIs in dashboards 2 - App Engagement have been reordered for better storytelling
- Dashboard 6 - Learners has been renamed 5 - Trained Learners
- Dashboard 5 - Social & Wall has been renamed 6 - Social & Wall
- In dashboard 6 - Social & Wall, the number of wall learners is now available at the top
- In dashboard 5 - Trained Learners, in the Not Trained Learners table, the first column count all the learners who have not trained. The Registered Learners column, shows the learner who are registered and those who are not registered to a training course
- In dashboards 3, 4, 5, detail tables now have a description accessible via the question mark in the top right-hand corner. It helps your manager understand the data and the column
Metric
- Registered Learners: this metric varies over time and in fact only count learners registered during the selected time frame. To avoid misunderstanding, this metric is renamed New Registered Learners
- # of Wall Learners : new metric. Number of different learners who have been on the wall and interacted (Comment, Like, Share, Bookmark, Article View)
- Median Time Spent per Article : new metric
- Median Time Spent per Training course : new metric
- % Success rate : has been renamed % Catolog Success rate because it was the ratio between the number of different successed training courses and the number of different started training courses
- % Completion rate : has been renamed % Catolog Completion rate because it was the ratio between the number of different completed training courses and the number of different started training courses
- % Training Course Completion rate : new metric. It is the number of Learners who Completed a training course over the number of Learners who Started a training course
