Enhancements
- In the Trained Learners table in dashboard 6 - Learners :
- it is now possible to click in each column to access the details of the indicator. Some of these details have been modified to add information or remove confusion
- the Registered Learners column has been moved from the last to the first position
- the # of available Training Courses column is no longer an indicator that can be filtered by date and now covers the entire history
- the # of Training Course not started column is no longer a filterable indicator by date and now covers the entire history
- the score per learner is now available in a specific column. Clicking on it gives details
- In dashboard 5 - Social & Wall, it is now possible to obtain the list of learners who have viewed an article. You can click on the Article Views KPI to obtain the full list, or click in the Article Views column in the Communication Details table
- The manager's scope is propagated through the learner filters. This means that if a manager has a scope COUNTRY = ‘FRANCE’, the Learners Name filter will only contain the list of learners who have the country ‘FRANCE’ in their profile. Filters based on custom fields, or metas, are also filtered
New metric
- Avg progress rate over registered: average progress of trained learners compared with all registered learners, not just those who have started the course. This can lead to much lower percentages if your courses are open to large populations, as those who have not started are counted as 0%
Fix
- By selecting «All Time» in the date filter, we could find more New Learners than Connected Learners. However, this was impossible as they had to be equal in this case. The same problem could occur with New Trained Learner, which would end up being greater than Trained Learner.
The New Learners and New Trained Learners metrics have been corrected - In dashboard 1 - Overview, the Not Connected Learners KPI could be wrong if it was filtered with a timeframe that did not include today
