1. Statistics export page
From the Mission Center home page, the "Export" tab allows you to export several CSV files depending on the statistics you wish to analyse:
- Communication: statistics on published communications
- Training courses: teaching statistics by course, based on learners who have already reported time spent on courses
- Training courses + Registrations: teaching statistics by course, based on learners registered for courses, with or without reporting
- Activity: learning statistics by activity
2. Export statistics
Once you have chosen your export, click on the Export button. The report will then be generated, and you can click on the download link to obtain it.
If you click before the end of generation, a temporary page will be displayed, as shown below.
Don't worry and don't close this page. Your report will start downloading automatically as soon as it is ready.
3. Processing the CSV file
The file generated contains data that needs to be formatted to be perfectly clear. You can perform this formatting directly when you open the file, or you can use the Excel® macro that is attached to this article.
This has a few limitations, on MacOS only:
- no encoding transformation
no formatting of percentages
