Enhancements
- In the 1-Overview dashboard, you can click on the New Learners KPI to get the learners list
- In the 2-App Engagement dashboard, you can click on the New Learners, Connected Learners and New Trained Learners KPIs to get more details
- In the 2-App Engagement dashboard, KPI Certified Learners added. You can click on it to get the learner list
- In the 4-Activities dashboard, the Time spent metric has been added to the Activities Details table
- In the 6-Learners dashboard, in the Trained Learners table, when you click on the training courses and activities metrics, the Time spent metric has been added to the pop-up window
- In the 6-Learners dashboard, in the Trained Learners table, the number of training courses available to the learner has been added
- Some filters are now filtered by other filters. For example, when filtering on active learners, the Learner name filter shows only active learners
- Default proposals have been removed from the date filter. Low screen resolutions had a problem displaying the entire list and the Apply button was hidden
New metrics
- Training courses not started : number of courses not started by the learner. This new measure is available in the Trained Learner table of the 6-Learners dashboard
Fix
- In the 2-App Engagement dashboard, filtering over the last year, the New Trained Learner KPI could be greater than Trained Learners and the New Learners KPI could be greater than Connected Learners, whereas they should be smaller or equal. If we filtered on All Time, the New Learner and New Trained Learner KPIs were always equal to the number of User Accounts, whereas in reality this case is very rare; it would mean that 100% of learners connected to the application and trained.
The New Learner and New Trained Learner measures have been corrected - In the 1-Overview dashboard, in the Connected vs Not Connected graph, when clicking on % of Not Connected, the pop-up window displayed the correct number of learners, but the learner list was not correct
