At the start of the new year 2024, Teach on Mars is releasing 2 eagerly-awaited new features: the Event Add-on and the Wall Publisher Add-on. With the first, you can organize and manage your online and offline events on the Teach on Mars application. The second allows you to communicate with your learners from your smartphone: creating and managing publications is at your fingertips.
Teach on Mars also introduces 2 new enhancements: the export of licenses by user and the multilingual Web Activity.
- The Event Add-on enables managers to create, manage and analyze corporate events online or in person, directly in the Teach on Mars application and on the Mission Center. Queueing, exporting attendances and viewing your upcoming events - it's all there!
- Want to create your communications from your smartphone? Now you can with the Wall Publisher Add-on! Managers, send your communications to your scope of learners directly from your smartphone, manage your drafts and schedule your publications in 100% responsive.
These optional features require Mission Center version 3.14 and a republishing of your mobile application. Please contact your CSM for more information.
The Event Add-on and the Wall Publisher Add-on have an impact on the import of Managers, with the addition of two new roles. Our customers who have opted for the automatic import of managers and who will have opted for these options will need to update their import files to reflect the new structure:
- Export of licenses by user is now available. It provides a more detailed global view of learner licenses and their components.
- Multilingual Web Activity enables you to better manage your Web Activity courses in several languages, by taking into account several files that differentiate them. A step forward towards the inclusion of your learners!
