Is it possible to personalize the content of my communications created from the Wall Publisher add-on with learner information?

It is not possible to use the $( shortcut to personalize your communication with learner information. However, this is always possible when you create/edit your communication from the Mission Center.

I'd like to add a quote, a PDF file, an audio file or a link to a training course to my communication: what do I do?

As these elements are not available from the Wall Publisher add-on, you'll need to use the Mission Center to edit your communication and add these elements.

Please note that it is no longer possible to edit a communication from the Wall Publisher add-on if it contains at least one element not supported by the add-on.

How do I update the name and avatar that appear on the communications I send from my Wall Publisher add-on?

The name and avatar that appear on communications correspond to your Manager account information on the Mission Center.

If you have access to Mission Center, you can update this information by clicking on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.

If you do not have access to Mission Center, please contact your main administrator.
