- When creating a dashboard or chart, it is now possible to use a training course reference in addition to its title
- In the 3-Training Courses dashboard, the Average Time spent in Training Course KPI has been moved to the 6-Learners dashboard, as this indicator is learner-oriented. It has been replaced by the Average Time spent per Training Course KPI to maintain consistency with the average displayed in the Training Courses Details table
- Click on the Connected vs. Not Connected graph to obtain the list of learners.
New metrics
- Certification Rate (%) : percentage of learners certified in a training course compared to the base of people who have started training. This new measure is available in the Training Courses Details table
- Learners who Started Training courses : number of learners who have started a training course
- Participation Rate : number of people who have started training compared to the number of people registered for training. This new measure is available in the Training Courses Details table. This measure applies to the entire history, i.e. the date filter has no impact on this measure.
- Complete Participation Rate : number of people who completed the training compared to the number of people registered for the training. This new measure is available in the Training Courses Details table. This measure applies to the entire history, i.e. the date filter has no impact on this measure.
Fix
- In the Connected vs Not Connected graph, the metric of not connected learners could be wrong when selecting a date in the past
