Why choose Event to distribute your invitation?
- To make your event part of a blended learning program, combining asynchronous and synchronous training.
- To enable your learners to recognize the type of "Event" activity that will take them to their Event add-on.
Note: it's also possible to integrate your event invitation link into a Web Link activity.
In a communication, via a web link
Why choose a communication to distribute your invitation?
- If it's a one-off event, not linked to a training program.
- So that your learners can react quickly to your event, after you've sent a communication accompanied by a push notification.
Note: if you wish to relaunch a training invitation via a communication, we advise you to add the deeplink link of the Event activity. In this way, your learners will be redirected to the activity, and their event attendance statistics will be reflected in the course itself, rather than in the Wall communication statistics.
