To create an event, click on the "Create an event" button on the home page banner.
A form page appears, organized into 3 parts:
- Background information: to specify the title, description and language of the event, as well as an image to illustrate it.
- Date: to indicate when the event will take place, and in which time zone
- Details: to indicate the type of event and the information required to locate it (virtual or face-to-face).
Background info
Title
It cannot exceed 50 characters.
All characters - including emojis 🙂 - are supported.
The title is a mandatory element.
Description
It cannot exceed 300 characters.
All characters - including emojis 🙂 - are supported.
The description is a mandatory element.
Language
You must select the language in which the event will be held. Only one language can be selected. If the event is to be held in more than one language, you can indicate the main language here, then specify the other languages in the description.

Note: this field should not be confused with the language used to edit your event! If you wish to change the language of the form, you can click on the language button at the top right of the screen.
Image
You can drag and drop or click to browse your folders.
The recommended size is 1800 x 1100 pixels.
Compatible formats are JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF.
It is not mandatory to add an image.
Date
You must specify the event start and end dates, as well as the event start and end times.
Then specify the event's time zone.
Date, time and time zone elements are mandatory.
Details
Please select whether the event is to be held face-to-face or remotely.
On-site
- Define the event location - mandatory element
- Add any additional information required by participants
- Specify maximum event capacity
- When the maximum capacity of an event is exceeded, additional learners wishing to participate are added to a waiting list.
- If there is no maximum capacity, you can check the "Unlimited capacity" option. No waiting list will then be created, and all learners will be able to accept the invitation.
Online
- Indicate the link to the virtual meeting - mandatory element
- Add any additional information required by participants
Once all the elements have been completed, you can confirm the creation of the event. It will then appear in the list of upcoming events on the home page.
